To set up criteria used to check if an existing customer order is editable in the web shop.
- In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Details .
- In the Filter field, select Ordering.
-
Specify the values for these fields:
- Edit Order Cutoff Time
-
Specify a UTC time (hh:mm:ss) for editing an order. The user's current date and time in UTC must be before the order header’s requested delivery date and edit order cutoff time. For example, order number OR001 has a header requested delivery date of 2023-08-25T. The edit order cutoff time is set to 18:00:00. It means that users can add items to OR001 until 2023-08-25T18:00:00Z. Beyond this, for instance, 2023-08-25T18:00:01Z, you cannot edit OR001 anymore.
If the cutoff time is undefined, the criteria will not include the date and time.
