Creating basic product information in the ERP

The order in which you perform these tasks could vary based on the ERP. Consult your ERP documentation for more information.

  1. Create currencies.
  2. Set up exchange rates between currencies.
  3. Create warehouses.
  4. Create products.
  5. If your ERP supports spare part sales, set up the relationship between parent parts and spare parts. To support spare part sales, your ERP must send the SyncBillofMaterials BOD. See the integration guide for your ERP.
