Specifying RMA approver email addresses

  1. In the Application Setup section of the Business Center, click Application Details.
  2. In the Group field, specify Email.
  3. Click Search.
  4. In the MailReceiverForItemReturnRequest field, specify the email addresses of individuals who approve RMAs. If you specify more than one email address, separate the addresses with a semicolon.
  5. Click Save.
