Configuring the Dashboard Customer Service Contact Information and Market Contact

Sign in to Rhythm Portal as a site editor.

Navigate to the dashboard page.

On the Dashboard Customer Service Contact
Info widget, select .

In the Display Selected
Store/Warehouse configuration, select Yes to display the contact information for
the store or warehouse that the customer selects. If a store or warehouse is not
selected, the market contact information is displayed. To always display the
market contact information, select No.

Click Save.

On the Market Contact Info widget,
select .

In the Display Selected
Store/Warehouse configuration, select a setting. For
consistency, we recommend that you select the same option in the Display Selected Store/Warehouse
configuration in the Market Contact
Info and Dashboard Customer
Service Contact Info.

Click Save.
