Limitations of editing customer order after submit

These limitations apply to editing customer orders after submit:
  • Additional items saved in orders originating from Order Approval are added to the order automatically. For example, order will not go through order approval again.
  • When a quote becomes an order, additional items are automatically added and will not go through the quote workflow again.
  • Orders that are paid using credit cards are not supported.
  • Configurable products (CPQ), style items, and Kit items cannot be edited.
  • Order lines that are partially delivered or joint delivery are not supported.
  • Successful changes on edit order will not trigger an order confirmation email.
  • Only the OrderLinePrice WebService is supported.

To edit existing customer orders, you must use Infor M3 CE (multi-tenant).
