Using Order for Approval Details widget

Approvers and requesters use the Order for Approval Details widget to monitor the progress of an order request.

A time line shows the current status of the request and a history of the actions that have been taken. The initials of the user who completed the action are displayed, along with the notes that the user entered when the action was completed.

If you set up a multi-level approval flow, then the total number of approvals and the current approval level are displayed.

Approvers can complete these actions:
  • Approve a pending request
  • Reject a pending request
  • Reorder approved, canceled, or rejected requests
Requesters can complete these actions:
  • Cancel a pending request
  • Create a new request from an approved, canceled, or rejected request
