Canceling order lines from an existing order

You can cancel unprocessed order lines from your order.

  1. From the Order History or Edit Order, choose an order then click the Edit icon.
  2. 2. On the Edit Order page, you can cancel single or multiple order lines using these steps:
    Cancel single order line
    Click the Cancel Line link at the right side of the item.
    Cancel multiple order lines
    1. Select the check box of the order lines that you will cancel. Optionally, you can select the check box on top to select all order lines that you can cancel.
    2. Click the Cancel Line link at the top of the Product header.
  3. Click Yes on the Confirm Cancelation box.
    Note: Your selected order lines are grayed out and marked with an orange highlight on the left side of the order line. A note on the Order Summary is also displayed informing the users that they must save changes to update the order.
  4. Click SAVE CHANGES.
    Note: A confirmation is displayed if the changes were successful or not. Unsuccessful updates are flagged with a purple warning icon to inform the user which changes failed.
