Refining customer information in the Business Center
After customer information is replicated from the ERP to the Business Center,
you can edit this information:
- DUNS Number. If you edit the DUNS number, the updated number is not sent to the ERP.
- Parent Customer. If you edit the parent customer relationship, the updated information is not set to the ERP.
- Market. To manually specify a market instead of using the market identified
by BOD rules, set the Market Setting Override value to . Then, select the
market for the customer. The market that you select is always used for the
customer, even if a
CustomerPartyMasterBOD is resent from the ERP for the customer. - Default Virtual Enterprise. To manually specify a virtual enterprise instead
of using the virtual enterprise identified by BOD rules, set the Virtual
Enterprise Setting Override value to . Then, select the virtual enterprise
for the customer. The virtual enterprise that you select is always used for
the customer, even if a
CustomerPartyMasterBOD is resent from the ERP for the customer. - Block Order Placement. If the application property Ordering.Customer Order Blocking thru ERP is disabled, then you can edit this value.
