Adding products to existing customer order

You can add products to your existing order if your order meets the edit order criteria in the Rhythm for Commerce Business Center. Users can perform these steps:

  1. From the Order History or Edit Order, choose an order then click the Edit icon.
  2. On the Edit Order page, click Add Product.
  3. Specify this information:
    Item Number
    Specify the item number. Optionally, you can specify customer item number, EAN, or the UPC. By default, specify at least three characters to see a drop-down list that contains suggestions of relevant items that you can choose from.
    Qty
    Specify a quantity.
    Unit
    Optionally, specify the unit for the item.
    Notes
    Optionally, specify order line notes for the item.
  4. Click +Add More to create a new entry if needed.
  5. Click Add.
    Note: New products are reflected on the Edit Order page with an orange highlight. A note on Order Summary is also displayed informing the users that they must save changes to update the order.
  6. Click SAVE CHANGES.
    Note: A confirmation is displayed if the changes were successful or not.
