Using the Dashboard Orders for Approval Portlet widget
When a requester signs in to the web shop, all orders that the requester has submitted are displayed on the My Orders tab. The number of pending requests is displayed next to the My Orders tab label. If you set up a multi-level approval flow, then the total number of approvals and the current approval level are displayed.
When an approver sign in to the web shop, orders that have been submitted to the approver are displayed on the For Approvals tab. The number of pending approvals is displayed next to the tab label. If you set up a multi-level approval flow, then the total number of approvals and the current approval level are displayed.
The approver uses the tab to approve or reject an order request.
