Reviewing cXML messages
To view the Punchout Log form, you must be assigned to a role that includes the Admin PunchOut Order feature element.
- In the Application Setup section of the Business Center, select .
- Review the log. Use the information in the Message column to identify the reason that a file was not processed.
- To remove an individual entry from the log, click the button. To remove multiple entries, set up the PunchOut.LogCleanUp scheduled job.
