Managing consumer users in Rhythm Platform

You can complete these tasks in Rhythm Portal:
  • Assigning a consumer user to a role
  • Updating a consumer user's language and time zone settings
  1. Sign in to the website as a tenant administrator.
  2. Click the Applications and Control Panel button in the toolbar.
  3. Click the Control Panel tab.
  4. In the Users section, click Users and Organizations.
  5. Click the first name, last name, or email address of a consumer user.
  6. Click the Rhythm tab.
  7. Verify that Consumer is displayed in the User Type field.
  8. In the Roles section, select the check box next to the role that you are assigning to the user. The roles are filtered to show only valid roles for the user type. Create user roles in the Business Center.
    You can select more than one check box. You can also assign roles to the user in the Business Center.
  9. In the MISCELLANEOUS section, click Display Settings.
  10. Specify this information:
    Language
    Specify the language translations that are used when the consumer user signs in to the website. The consumer user can select a different language.
    Time Zone
    Specify the time zone where the consumer user is located.
    Greeting
    Specify the message that is displayed to greet the consumer user.
  11. Click SAVE.
