Infor M3 setup for web-only addresses

For web-only addresses to function correctly with Infor M3, criteria must be met in M3. ensure that the number series that you use for Simulation orders (number series S) and Temporary order (number series T) do not overlap.
  • In M3, ensure that the customer status is set to 20 - Definite.
  • In M3, ensure that the Create Address check box is cleared for both the Order Type and Simulate Order Type that is associated with the customer's virtual enterprise. Verify this information in form OIS010. To identify the codes to check:
    1. In the Business Center, open the Customer Details form for the customer. The customer's virtual enterprise is displayed.
    2. In the Business Center, open the Virtual Enterprises form. In the row that contains the virtual enterprise ID for the customer, the Order Type and Simulate Order Type for the virtual enterprise are displayed.
  • In the CRS165 form in M3, ensure that the number series that you use for Simulation orders (number series S) and Temporary orders (number series T) do not overlap.
