Preventing users from placing orders

To prevent all users associated with a customer from placing an order on your website, use the Block Order Placement function.

You block a customer either in the ERP or in the Business Center. If you can view but not edit the Block Order Placement setting in the Customer Details screen in the Business Center, then you block customers in the ERP. If you can edit the setting in the Business Center, then you block customers in the Business Center.
