Step three: payment

During this step, customers select their payment method. Customers can select from the payment methods that are defined for them in the ERP.

If you use Infor CloudSuite Distribution as your ERP and the customer is picking up the order at a physical location, the customer must select the Invoice payment method.

If your ERP supports credit card payments, then credit card payment options are also presented during the payment step.

If Invoice is the only available payment method and the Define Billing Address feature element is disabled on the user's Business Center role, then the payment step is skipped.
