Revoking access for a user
To revoke access to your website for a particular user, deactivate the user in Rhythm Portal. When you deactivate a user, the user record is retained, but the user cannot access your website.
- Sign in to your website with a user ID that has the Tenant Administrator role in Rhythm Portal.
- Click the button in the toolbar.
- Click the Control Panel tab.
- In the Users section, click .
- In the row that contains the name of the user, select Select . A message is displayed asking if you are sure you want to deactivate the user. Click . The user is deactivated.
