Importing users using bulk upload

  1. Sign in to Rhythm Portal as a tenant administrator.
  2. Click the Applications and Control Panel button in the toolbar.
  3. Click the Control Panel tab.
  4. In the Configuration section, click Rhythm Import Users.
  5. Click the Choose File button and select the CSV file.
  6. Click Upload.
