Setting up the PunchOut.LogCleanUp scheduled job

Use the PunchOut.LogCleanUp scheduled job to delete entries from the PunchOut log that are older than an age that you specify. Specify the age of the entries to delete in the Application Properties form.

  1. Select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the PunchOut.ArchivingPeriodInDays field, specify the maximum age in days of an entry in the PunchOut log. When the scheduled job is run, entries that are older than maximum age are deleted.
  3. Select Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs.
  4. To run the PunchOut.LogCleanUp job immediately, click the Run link. To schedule the job, specify information in either the Scheduling Interval field or Cron Expression field.
