Setting up customer-related application properties in the Business Center

Contact an Infor representative to set up these application properties in the Business Center:

Item.Price Breaks: To display customer-specific price breaks in the Product Details widget on your website, specify Yes. To display standard item pricing in the Product Details widget, specify No.; Note: If you display price breaks, you cannot use promotions on your website.
Item.Customer Item Alias: To display the aliases that the customer uses for items on your website, specify Yes. To display only your item IDs, specify No.
WebService.Send User Address: Specify whether shipping addresses that the customer user creates are sent to the ERP. Specify true to send addresses to the ERP. If you use Infor M3 as your ERP, you must specify true. When you specify true, addresses that are created in the web shop are associated with the customer record in the ERP.; Specify false to save addresses in the Rhythm Commerce database instead of the ERP database. Addresses that are saved in the Rhythm Commerce database are labeled as Web Only addresses in the web shop. Web Only addresses are associated with individual users. If you use CloudSuite Distribution as your ERP, you must specify false.
