Reviewing order history by ordered item

After customers place orders, they can review a list of the items that they have ordered in the Ordered Items widget. The widget shows a row for each order line.

The order lines that are displayed depend upon whether the Warehouse Group Based Order View feature element is enabled on the user's role. If the feature element is enabled, then users can view order lines that were delivered by warehouses in the user's top prioirty warehouse group.

To display order lines that were delivered by any warehouse, clear the Warehouse Group Based Order View feature element.

Users can filter the items by status and by order date. They can sort the items by any column. Users can also search the list by item name or number.

If a customer leaves the From field blank, then all records with an order date that is on or after January 1, 1970 are displayed. If a customer leaves the To field blank, then all records with an order date that is on or before the current date are displayed. To view all ordered items, customers leave both the From and To field blank.

Customer item alias names and numbers are not displayed on the widget. The item name and number as defined in the ERP are displayed.
