Re-syncing customer users
Use this procedure to resynchronize the first name, last name, and language information from Rhythm Portal to the Business Center. To successfully resynchronize a user's information, the user must already exist in the Business Center.
- Sign in to your website with a user ID that has the Tenant Administrator role in Rhythm Portal.
- Click the button in the toolbar.
- Click the Control Panel tab.
- In the Users section, click .
- Click the tab.
- Open a user record. Ensure that you select a customer user or other user that exists in the Business Center.
- Change the user's first name, last name, or language.
