Accepting or rejecting a quote

Customers can accept or decline a quote that is in Open status. To accept or decline a quote, customers complete these steps.

  1. The customer accesses the quote in the Quote Details page. .
  2. The customer completes one of these tasks:
    • To accept the quote, the customer clicks the Accept button.
    • To decline the quote, the customer clicks the Decline button.
