Step two: delivery
The actions that a customer can take during the delivery step depends upon your ERP and how you set up the Business Center. This step is included in the checkout process only if the customer selected the Delivery option in step one of the checkout process.
The delivery step can also be omitted if these conditions are met:
- You did not confirm delivery functions.
- The widget is configured to display shipping dates in step 1 of the checkout.
This table shows the actions that are available to the customer and how to set
up the behaviors:

If a customer selects multiple deliveries for the order, the deliveries are
sorted using this hierarchy in subsequent steps of the checkout:
- If deliveries are made on multiple dates, the deliveries are first sorted by date in ascending order.
- If multiple deliveries are made on the same date, the deliveries are sorted by warehouse in ascending order.
- If multiple deliveries are made on the same date from the same warehouse, the deliveries are sorted by shipping address in ascending order.
