Best practices and limitations for the setup of order approval
Follow these best practices when setting up users for order approval.
- To ensure consistent display of information and fields during ordering in the web shop, we recommend that requestors and approvers have the same ordering-related feature elements enabled in their roles. Examples of ordering-related feature elements include, but are not limited to, Choose Multiple Delivery Methods, Purchase Order Number, Your References, etc.,
- Ensure that customer records have a default address.
- Ensure that requesters and their approvers are assigned to the same company.
