Customer item aliases

A customer item alias is an alternative ID for an item and functions as a different search option for an item. Customer item aliases are replicated from the integrated ERP to Rhythm e-Commerce, and can be visible to customers instead of item numbers on your website. When successfully replicated, customer item aliases are found in the Items > Item Aliases section of the Business Center.

Search for customer item aliases in the Business Center by using these filters:

• Item Number
• Item Name
• Customer Number
• Customer Name
• Item Number Alias
• Item Name Alias
