Configuring delivery tracking

Note: Delivery carrier and tracking number information related to an order is replicated in the Business Center from ERP.
  1. On the Business Center home page, select Shop > Delivery Carrier.
    Note: Ensure that the Delivery Tracking feature element is enabled.
  2. Select the delivery carrier to configure.
  3. In the Details section, specify the Delivery Carrier Name.
    Tracking URL
    Optionally, specify an external URL for the delivery tracking.

    To set up a parameter value, replace the tracking number on the external URL with the "%%" string. For example, you can replace:

    https://www.deliverywebsite.com/apps/trackingnumber=1001

    with:

    https://www.deliverywebsite.com/apps/trackingnumber=%%AWBParam%%

    Note that the tracking URL varies and is used with these parameters and the corresponding values:

  4. Click Save.
