User segments overview
User segmentation is a method for grouping users of Infor e-Commerce. Through this method, users are grouped together based on property details, such as country of residence or company address.
You can tailor the selection of features, such as items and assortments, that are available to each user segment. User segments apply across the Rhythm solution and are used for other purposes, such as calculating delivery fees. When you create a new user segment, you give the new segment a name and then establish a set of criteria for determining membership to that segment.
