Applying categories and tags to items

Items, which are replicated from the ERP to e-Commerce, do not contain categories and tags. Use the Business Center to apply categories and add tags to items.

  1. On the Business Center home page, select Items > Items.
  2. Select an item, and in the Add New Category area, click Find.
  3. To select a category, click the category name.
    Note: The category that you add is automatically the main category for the item. You can change this in the Categories area.
  4. To add tags to the item, click + Add new tag and specify the tag name.
  5. Click Save.
