Confirming contact details

After you create sender credentials or click the Resend Verification button in the Senders form, an email is sent to the sender's email for confirmation. The email identifies the user who created the sender credentials or requested verification, and the date and time the confirmation was sent.

To confirm credentials, the recipient of the email completes these steps:

  1. In the email, click Confirm Contact Details. A web page is opened.
  2. In the web page, click Confirm Now. The sender credentials are confirmed.
