Adding forms

After a content editor or site editor creates the form, you can add it to a page.

For information about creating forms, see Forms.

  1. Open the web page where you are adding the content.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Expand the Widget > Collaboration.
  4. Drag the Form widget to the page.
  5. Click the Select Form link.
  6. Click the name of the form.
  7. Click Save.
