Accessing document folders from the desktop

On a Windows system, you can map a drive to a document folder. On a Mac, you can connect to the document folder from the Finder.

  1. In the navigation pane, expand the menu under the name of the site.
  2. Select Content & Data > Documents and Media.
  3. Select Actions > Access from Desktop.
  4. Copy the URL.
  5. On a Windows system, create a mapped drive. Specify the URL in the Folder field. On a Mac, select Go > Connect to Server and specify the URL in the Server Address field.
