Troubleshooting spare parts

If spare parts are not displayed on your website as anticipated, verify this information:
  • The Application.SPS Enabled application tenant property in the Business Center is set to True. Contact your Infor representative for help with this troubleshooting step.
  • An ItemMaster BOD for the spare part has been sent from the ERP and received in Rhythm Commerce. To verify that the BOD has been received in Rhythm Commerce, check the Replication Log in the Business Center.
  • If an ItemMaster BOD has been sent for the spare part, verify the status of the part. The part must have a status of Active. You can check the status in the ERP.
  • The part is identified as a spare part for a parent item.
  • The spare part is included in the BillOfMaterials BOD for the parent item.
  • The status of the spare part in the BillOfMaterials BOD is active. Check the status in the BillOfMaterials/BillOfMaterialsLine/Status/Code xpath.
  • Today's date falls within the effective time of the bill of material line. Check the dates in the BillOfMaterials/BillOfMaterialsLine/EffectiveTimePeriod/EndDateTime and BillOfMaterials/BillOfMaterialsLine/EffectiveTimePeriod/StartDateTime xpaths.
  • The spare part has been added to assortments. Check the Assortments form in the Business Center.
If product drawings are not displayed on your website, verify this information:
  • Ensure that you have added product drawings in inriver PIM.
  • Ensure that you have placed the Photo Gallery widget on the web page. In the Photo Gallery widget configuration, ensure that you have selected either Drawings or All.
