Cost centers

If you use Infor M3 as your ERP, then you can configure the web shop to display a Cost Center field in the Shipping step of the checkout.

Your customers use cost centers to associate purchases with a part of their organization, such as a department or division.

To set up cost centers, complete these steps in the Business Center:
  1. In the Application Properties form, enable cost center functions.
  2. In the Application Details form, configure the length of cost center IDs.
  3. In the Cost Center form, create cost center IDs.
  4. In the Cost Center Details form or User Details form, assign cost centers to customer users.
