ERP prerequisites for spare part sales

To sell spare parts, your ERP must meet these requirements:

• Your ERP must be able to send the SyncBillOfMaterials BOD
• In the ERP, each parent product must be associated with only one product structure. For example, if an item in your ERP is associated with two bills of materials, then you cannot sell spare parts for the product.
