Controlling administrator access to maps in the Business Center

You can use the Admin Store feature element to specify whether an administrator can view the Maps tab in the Store Details form. If an administrators cannot view the Maps tab, they cannot specify the latitude and longitude of stores.

  1. In the Application Setup section of the Business Center, click Roles.
  2. Click the role that you are editing.
  3. In the Feature Elements section, click the Admin Stores check box to enable administrators assigned to the role to specify the location of stores on a Google Map. Clear the check box to prevent administrators assigned to the role from using the Maps tab and from specifying latitude and longitude.
  4. Click Save.
