Terms and conditions for checkout

You can require users to confirm that they have read your terms and conditions before they check out.

You can create one set of terms and conditions for all markets in your enterprise, or you can create terms and conditions that are specific to a market.

To set up this feature, complete these steps:
  1. In Rhythm Portal, create a web content article that contains the terms and conditions for checkout. If you use different terms and conditions for each market, create multiple web content articles. A content editor must complete this task.
  2. Complete one of these steps:
    • If you use one set of terms and conditions for all markets, configure the Order Checkout widget.
    • If you use different terms and conditions for each market, specify the article ID in the Market Details form in the Business Center.
  3. In the Business Center, configure a role to require users to acknowledge terms and conditions while ordering.
