Working with order statuses in the Ordered Items and Order List Submitted widgets

To reduce the number of order statuses that are displayed on your website, use the Business Center to arrange ERP order statuses into custom groups. After you arrange statuses into groups, you can specify the group to show in the Ordered Items widget and the Order List Submitted widgets.

  1. In the Business Center, map ERP statuses to custom order statuses.

  2. In the Business Center, arrange the custom statuses into status groups.

  3. On your website, specify the custom status group to use in the Ordered Items widget:
    1. Sign in to your website as a site editor or tenant administrator.
    2. Navigate to the page that contains the Ordered Items or Order List Submitted widget.
    3. On the widget, select Options > Configuration.
    4. In the Custom Status Group Options configuration, select the order status group whose statuses you want to use in the Ordered Items widget.
    5. Click SAVE.
