Setting up stock level indicator information in the Business Center

  1. If you are using the text or icon stock level indicator, use the Stock Level form to define stock level thresholds and text strings.
    1. Select Shop > Stock Levels.
    2. Click Create New.
    3. Specify this information:
      Internal Name
      Specify an identifier for the stock level range.
      Floor Quantity
      Specify the minimum quantity in the stock level range.
      Ceiling Quantity
      Specify the maximum quantity in the stock level range.
    4. Click Save.
    5. On the Texts tab, specify the text to display for this stock level range for each language in the web shop.
    6. Click Save.
  2. If you are using the quantity stock level indicator, optionally use the Stock Value Upper Limit parameter in the Application Details form to specify the maximum value to display.
    1. Select Application Setup > Application Details.
    2. In the Group field, select Application.
    3. Click Search.
    4. In the Stock Value Upper Limit field, specify the maximum value to display in the web shop. If the stock value exceeds the limit, then a plus sign is appended to the value. For example, if you specify 100 in this field, and an 150 items are in stock, then 100+ is displayed.
    5. Click Save.
  3. If you use M3 as your ERP, use the Stock Level Source field on the Market Details form in the Business Center to specify the M3 field to use as the source of stock quantities.
    1. Select Application Setup > Markets.
    2. Click the ID of an existing market, or create a new market.
    3. In the Stock Level Source field, select the M3 field that contains stock level information.
    4. Click Save.
