Pricing or delivery information cannot be retrieved

If a We're unable to retrieve pricing/delivery information at this time message is displayed during checkout, use the procedures in this section to identify the temporary order number. You can use the temporary order number to identify why pricing and delivery information could not be retrieved.

To identify the temporary order number, you must meet these criteria:
  • You must use M3 as your ERP.
  • You must perform the procedure from the instance of the browser that was used to check out.
  • You must perform the procedure immediately after the error occurred.
