Configuring the Dashboard Customer Service Contact Information and Market Contact Information widgets

  1. Sign in to Rhythm Portal as a site editor.
  2. Navigate to the dashboard page.
  3. On the Dashboard Customer Service Contact Info widget, select Options > Configuration.
  4. In the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration, select Yes to display the contact information for the store or warehouse that the customer selects. If a store or warehouse is not selected, the market contact information is displayed. To always display the market contact information, select No.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the Market Contact Info widget, select Options > Configuration.
  7. In the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration, select a setting. For consistency, we recommend that you select the same option in the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration in the Market Contact Info and Dashboard Customer Service Contact Info.
  8. Click Save.
