Order return notifications
Order return notifications are sent when a user submits a request in the web shop to
return items.
Use the Notification Service to create the content of the notification.
Pre-designed template
An ECOM Order Return Notification pre-designed template is available. You can duplicate the pre-designed template and customize it as necessary.
