Using the order approval list
The order approval list shows a list of order requests. Requesters can view a list of
requests that they have submitted on the My Orders
tab. Approvers can view a list of requests that have been submitted to them for approval on
the For Approvals tab.
If you set up a multi-level approval flow, then the total number of approvals and the current approval level are displayed.
Both approvers and requesters can complete these tasks:
- Filter the list by request status
- Sort the list by any column except for the Requester and Approver columns
- Search the list
- Click the View Details link to open the Order for Approval Details page.
