Replacing all items in the cart during checkout

Customers can replace all items in the order. Then can upload order files and select the Replace option. They can also resubmit a previously placed order or template order and select the Replace option.
When customers replace the existing items in the order with new items, these actions occur:
  • All information from the previous order is removed, including payment and shipping details.
  • Existing header notes and line notes are removed. If the customer is adding items by submitting a previous order or template order, header notes and line notes from the previous order or template order are added to the new order.
