Re-syncing customer users

Use this procedure to resynchronize the first name, last name, and language information from Rhythm Portal to the Business Center. To successfully resynchronize a user's information, the user must already exist in the Business Center.

  1. Sign in to your website with a user ID that has the Tenant Administrator role in Rhythm Portal.
  2. Click the Applications and Control Panel button in the toolbar.
  3. Click the Control Panel tab.
  4. In the Users section, click Users and Organizations.
  5. Click the Users tab.
  6. Open a user record. Ensure that you select a customer user or other user that exists in the Business Center.
  7. Change the user's first name, last name, or language.
  8. In the Syncstatus field, select True.
  9. Click Save. The user information is re-synced to the Business Center.
