Uploading the customer group file

  1. In the Items section of the Business Center, select Bulk Update.
  2. Click the Browse button
  3. Click Customer Group.
  4. Select the file to upload.
  5. Click the upload option:
    Option Description
    Add Select this option to add the customers listed in the file to the customer group.
    Replace Select this option to replace the customers that are currently in the customer group with the customers in the file.
  6. Click Import.
    Errors that are encountered during the upload are displayed in the Results list. Click the Download button to download the errors to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
