Reviewing order history by order number

After customers place orders, they can review their orders in Order History.

The orders that are displayed depend upon whether the Warehouse Group Based Order View feature element is enabled on the user's role. If the feature element is enabled, then users can view orders that were delivered by warehouses in the user's top priority warehouse group. An order is displayed if at least one line in the order is delivered by a warehouse in the user's top priority warehouse group.

To display orders that were delivered by any warehouse, clear the Warehouse Group Based Order View feature element.

Filters, sorting and search

Users can filter the orders by status and by order date. They can sort the orders by any column. Users can also search the list for amounts, order numbers, item names, item numbers, item name aliases, item numbers, reference information, and purchase order number.

If a customer filters orders by date and leaves the From field blank, then orders with an order date that is on or after January 1, 1970 are displayed. If a customer leaves the To field blank, then orders with an order date that is on or before the current date are displayed. To view all orders, customers leave both the From and To field blank.

Users can also filter the orders with the Show Editable Orders filter. This filter shows editable orders when selected.

Document downloads

When customers view an order on the Order Details page, they can view the invoices and delivery notes that are related to the order. Customers can click an Invoice ID to view details about the invoice and click a delivery notes ID to view details about the delivery. They can review notes that have been added to the order. Customer service information is also displayed.

If your ERP and Rhythm for Commerce are integrated to Infor Document Management, then the customer can download documents that are related to their orders if they have permission to do so. This table shows the feature elements that are used to control the ability to download documents:

Reordering

To place the order again, customers can click Reorder. If items are already in the shopping cart, users can choose one of these actions:
  • They can replace the products in the shopping cart with the products in the order
  • They can add the products in the order to the products that are in the shopping cart
