Troubleshooting single log-out

If users are not redirected to the start page after session timeout when single-sign out is enabled, complete one of these tasks:

• Set up the identity provider (IDP) to always require users to authenticate on the IDP even if an IDP session is active. You can configure this behavior for each relying party trust.
• Set up the IDP to limit the web SSO lifetime to two hours. Two hours is the session limit for Rhythm Portal. This configuration affects all relying party trusts.
