Creating folders for web content

You can use folders to organize documents and media files. After you create folders, drag-and-drop content into them.

  1. Open the Site menu.
  2. Select Content & Data > Web Content.
  3. Select Add > Folder.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the folder.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description of the folder.
    Permissions
    Click the Viewable By arrow to select the role of the users who can view the folder. To view additional security settings, click More Options.
  5. Click Save.
