Sync status

A Syncstatus field is now available on the User Details form. Rhythm for Commerce administrators can use this field to verify that user information is synchronized with the Rhythm for Commerce database.

If True is displayed in the Syncstatus field, then the user information is synchronized with the Rhythm for Commerce database.

If False is displayed in the field, then the user information is not in synchronization with the Rhythm for Commerce database. To trigger synchronization, update the First Name, Last Name, or Language fields and then specify True in the SyncSsatus field.

You must be assigned to the Rhythm Tenant Administrator role to view the User Details form and use this feature. Infor users who are assigned to the Administrator role can also use this feature.
