Enabling click to collect

To enable click to collect, you must set up Application Properties and Application Details. To administer click to collect, you must also assign users to a role where the Admin Store feature element has been enabled.

  1. Select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Ordering.ClicktoCollectEnabled field, specify true. The fields that you need to administer pickup locations are added to the Store Type and Store forms.
  3. If you use Infor M3 as your ERP, ensure that false is specified in the Enable Modular Quantity Check field.
  4. Select Application Setup > Application Details.
  5. In the Group field, select Ordering.
  6. In the Pickup Method field, specify the ID of the delivery method that you use for store pickup. The delivery method ID that you specify will no longer be displayed in the Delivery Methods form in the Business Center. If a customer chooses to have the order delivered, the ID that you specify cannot be selected as the delivery method.
  7. Select Application Setup > Roles.
  8. Click the role that is assigned to users who administer the click to collect feature.
  9. Select the Admin Store check box.
  10. Click Save.
